Pin Up Maid

Recently I was shown a picture of a maid pin up and asked to do my take on her. One specific aspect was that she had to be wearing Adidas Hamburg trainers. How could I refuse?

Work in Progress Pinkie Pie Commission

Here is a little insight into my work in progress. This is a commission piece for a competition winner. He requested his elephant Trumpette enjoying cake with her favourite My Little Pony Pinkie Pie. Almost there with the colouring then I can get it printed off and posted.

Initial Pencil Sketch.

Initial Inks added and ready to be scanned in.

Scanned in and coloured. A few tweaks needed, but almost there.

Last work of the year (Part 1)

This here is an original piece of work commission by a very close friend on the arrival of their first child.

Then they messed it all up and had another. So I had to add to the original piece. It took a month of procrastination and putting it off until I realised. Hold on! I draw stuff. Why not redraw it instead.

So I did :)

( I also secretly packed the original and an original sketch in the back for posterity ;) )

A Wedding Present

My little sister got married a little while ago and I have been drawing and redrawing this to get it right for her.

It features a pair of wedding bands entwined with ribbon. The claddagh at the bottom was changed to symbolise the pair of them. The boxing glove represents the groom who is a boxer while the feminine hand is to represent the bride.

Commission Piece - Iron Man

A new piece I have been working on for the last 4 weeks for a client. The initial plan was to draw her boyfriend as spider man since they are both photographers. When this was changed to Iron Man at first I was a little confused as to how to make it work. I think the results speak for themselves. To signify that it is her boyfriend I have included a camera he uses in the composition.
