I started messing with the pattern / markings used on Darth Maul from Star Wars.
I painted over an image and then used the Smudge tool to get the desired effect.

Version 2 is for sale as Tshirts, stickers and Hoodies. I must say it looks great on the back of a white hoodie. :)
